You still haven`t left? I do not have more time to spare. I would like to make a last request to you. While researching I found something suspicious. A wierd light was coming out of the bandage they wrapped around their body. I need that bandage. My body can`t do any more activity. So, collect 23 Sepinel Bandage from Sepinel and defeat 45 Sepinel Fighter. And then, go to the 3F to meet Hernel on his mission. He should be able to figure it out. Good luck.
