Because of the bats the towns people are too scared to come out. So, to make sure no more towns people get hurt defeat 37 + str(nm(q[13+3*o], q[15+3*o])) + and 37 + str(nm(q[13+3*o], q[15+3*o])) + living in the Cave of Interrupted Time. Afterwards, report to me.
