The request will just require you to bring some materials that will be needed. Retrieve 45 + str(nm(q[13+3*o], q[15+3*o])) + from the Steelskin Raptor and 39 + str(nm(q[13+3*o], q[15+3*o])) + from the Enlarged Steelskin Raptor. Afterwards, take it to Merchant Cecil.
