: <nowiki>The towns people are saying that the guards disapper at night time. I think because of the thick fog they arent able to see through the fog. Anyways, the towns people are growing some fear due to the fact that the guards are not visually there. So I went to Armor Merchant Nitsiki to make a sparkling belt for the guards so that the towns people will know if there is a guard on duty. I got most of the materials he needs but I couldnt get a couple of them. If the belt gets created the towns people will be able to figure out where the guards are and will be able to sleep in peace. I believe you will help us. Go to the Tower of Old Memory 4F to defeat the Haunted Barons Sword and Houkitus Blue. Also, retrieve 22  + str(nm(q[13+3*o], q[15+3*o])) +  and 22  + str(nm(q[13+3*o], q[15+3*o])) +  and pass it on to Armor Merchant Nitsiki. He will be able to make the belts once you get the materials for him.</nowiki>
